Our Story
Luxe Mobile IV was started in Houston by Aisha Mashwani, RN and Dr. Noam Rosines, MD with a single goal: provide hospital-grade and ER-grade IV medicine in a mobile setting. After years working in emergency rooms and surgery centers, Aisha and Dr. Rosines saw that most mobile IV therapy companies were focused on what's sometimes called "Kardashian medicine" — flashy branding and trend-driven drips with little clinical rigor behind them. They wanted to build something different: a mobile IV therapy practice grounded in real emergency medicine, delivered with exceptional customer care.
Today, Luxe Mobile IV nurses travel to homes, offices, and hotels across multiple states, delivering IV therapy in the comfort and privacy of wherever our patients happen to be.

Luxe Mobile IV Founder and CEO Aisha Mashwani, BSN, is an experienced emergency and acute care nurse, entrepreneur, and nationally recognized IV therapy expert. Prior to launching Luxe in 2019, Aisha treated more than 25,000 patients across emergency rooms, surgery centers, and high-acuity clinical settings, building a reputation for clinical excellence, compassionate care, and some of the most pain-free IV skills in Houston. Her expertise in difficult IV placement, hydration therapy, and patient-centered care quickly made her a trusted provider among executives, athletes, touring musicians, and other high-profile clientele seeking discreet, concierge-level wellness services.
Dr. Noam Rosines
MD, Co-founder, & Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Noam Rosines is a board-certified emergency medicine physician and the Chief Medical Officer of Luxe Mobile IV. He graduated cum laude from college before earning his MD, and served as Chief Resident at an Ivy League medical school during his residency training. Dr. Rosines is currently the Medical Director of seven hospitals in the Houston area, where he oversees emergency medicine operations and clinical standards. At Luxe Mobile IV, Dr. Rosines designs every IV therapy protocol and personally trains the nursing team. His goal is to ensure every drip delivered in a patient's home meets the same clinical standard as an IV given in the ERs he directs.
